Basically I have some of the best private hunting land available in Kansas.
One farm in NE kansas @ 700 acres of Timber and rolling draws. Turkeys and Deer all over. I have a farm house on site for use if you choose. Bowhunting for Deer only. This is trophy managed. The other property is for Turkeys only, its in S.Central kansas on the river. Hundreds of birds that basically need to be removed. There is no house on the property, but town is only 5 minutes away. I have hunted turkeys with Bob the last two springs and am going to be there again this year. The bow only turkey property is small but is a slam dunk. Lots of big gobblers. The birds have everything to keep them there - big roost trees on the river, a small pond to get water on the hot days and food plots to strut and feed. The property in the NE has big woods, active ag & food plots for the deer. My wife took a huge tom there last spring on the first day of the hunt. He also has access to another parcel nearby with a good turkey population. Although I have not bowhunted deer there I certainly see the potential to bag a big buck there.
