Look at this farm
This farm is up for sale so I thought I would share. This farm is 1,150 contiguous acres in west central IL. this place is nothing short of amazing several food plots are already in place. This property is for sale by owner.

There's a tract around here of 64 acres(18 tillable, remainder in timber) that is a great deer property, asking price is 3,250/ac. That's 208K. Take that same figure, and put it on the 1,150 ac. tract, andyou're looking at $3.73 mil. Any takers???
