NY Farm for lease
Southern Tier of NY 109acres for annual lease. Reasonable!!
This lease is for the year, you can hunt deer, turkey, coyotes, ground hogs, lots of grouse too. It is located in a farming community, so the deer eat well. There are portablestands in place, and alfalpha and clover planted. Truely a nice piece of ground to hunt. Call for details and price. If leased you will need to carry insurance, and you will receive a signed lease agreement and the option to release every year. The ground is located in the town ofNewark Valley, inTioga county which is rifle zone deer season. Also it is 3hrs from NY city, 3.5hrs from Philadelphia and southern NJ. The property has produced very nice bucks in the past.
I have moved from the area and I will be unable to hunt here anymore. I own the property and it is for sale as well.
