Tri-County Outdoors - [/b]Kansas[/b]:[/b]
We have just acquired a lease on 875 Acres in Northeastern Kansas for hunting leases. However, since we will not have lodging, meals or guiding service this year and we have limited time to scout and setup stands we are offering a full archery season lease with (6) tags guaranteed.
Lodging, meals and hunting licenses are the responsibility of the hunters.
Accommodations can be in a motels in a town approximately 18 miles away or on the property itself if you have a motor-home, trailer, or other camping options you may set-up on the property, however a $100.00 per person deposit will be held until the season is over unless a clean-up of the area is required.
The cost of the 2 week[/b] hunt is $2500.00 per person[/b]. The season runs from October 1st thru December 31st. Kansas hunting licenses are $19.00 for residents and $71.00 for non-residents.
A 50% deposit per person is required to secure this lease and the balance will be due 30 days prior to the season.

Illinois[/b]:[/b]
Tri-County Outdoors offers high quality archery and a limited number of firearm hunts on prime whitetail deer habitat. We hunt in West Central Illinois and Northeast Missouri. The acreage consists of mature hardwoods, creek bottoms, agriculture, and strategically placed food plots. We manage our properties for quality whitetails and encourage the harvest of does to keep the buck-to-doe ratio in balance. While we ask that you be selective in your buck harvest, we do not impose penalties for shooting bucks under a P&Y score of 140.
We have semi-guided and do-it-yourself hunts. We want clients who are seasoned hunters that do not need or have a desire to be ******ed by a guide that has less hunting experience. Our stands are in place and ready to hunt. We will show you the best method of entry to a particular stand you want to hunt and then we leave the rest to you. There is absolutely no driving of deer permitted!
Two lodges (one under construction) will be available for easy access to our hunting areas. Ideally, we like to get groups of three or four and they have a particular property to themselves for the duration of the hunt.
We operate early season, rut and late season hunts. Our season runs October 1 through mid January. Tri-County Outdoors also offers spring turkey hunts.Archery[/b]October 10th-14th -$900October 17th-21st - $1000October 24th-28th - $1250 (booked)October 31st-Nov. 4th - $1450Nov. 7th-11th - $1550Nov. 14th-17th - $900Nov. 21st-25th - $1300Nov 28th-30th - $500Late Season - $100 DaySlug Gun/Muzzleloader Hunts[/b] –[/b]Nov. 18th-20th - $2100,[/b]Dec 1st-4th - $1900[/b]Muzzle loader Only[/b] –[/b]Dec 9th -11th - $1450
