Kentucky Custom Cherry/Slate call with Hickory Striker.
Custom Handmade Kentucky Cherry Turkey Call with Hickory striker.
I have been making Game calls for 8 years and all wood comes from either fallen logs on the farm, or Reclaimed wood from old barns or homes in the 50-100 year old range.
This call is hand constructed right here in Kentucky with old Kentucky Cherry Kiln dried and then tuned by hand . This Hickory striker will produce Various yelps, clucks, purrs, cackles and cuts very nice. The sound is a higher pitched with a medium touch of rasp. This call produces a really nice purr cluck sequence.and be loud with heavy pressure on the striker.
