These knives are my Mini Skinner. It’s a small three finger knife, with an OAL of 6 inches. I like this size for skinning raccoons and other furbearers. I skin with them hanging, and this little knife is all that I need to get the job done.
The first knife is handled with mammoth ivory. I chose tan ivory with some visible grain. The knife is 1/8″ 1080 bar stock with fish filework, black liners, and brass pins. $200.
The second is also a mini skinner in 1/8 1080, with black micarta handles w/ red liners, stainless pins, and cross filework. $125.
Both come with an ambidextrous horizontal carry sheath made by 5D Leather here in Abilene, TX.
