Ihave the same problem and have been looking for quite sometime. I think Cabelas carries 1 or 2 pairs that are a B width but they are a little pricey around the 200+ market. I know what you are going through I'm always looking to find a good pair that fits.

cheack the sportsmans guide they have alot of quality name brand bootds for cheap.
