Without a doubt, i'd say the browning hydo fleece 4 in one parka© What i like best is that you can zip in and out different liners to meet a variety of needs© I will say that it's pricey but well worth it if you can dish it out© If not, I'd probably go with a 4 in 1 Cabelas brand that's a little cheaper but should still fit the bill©
Make sure you get a parka and not a jacket© Jackets just go to the waistline and ride up when on stand© Parkas hang well below the waistline and don't ride up on stand©
Good luck!!!

I like layering my clothes. I will never use a heavy jacket again since layering allows you to customize your outfit to match the changing conditions. I use a waterproof Cabelas Rainsuede jacket as the outerlayer with a fleece jacket under it. Then a shirt and long underwear in cold weather.
Here is a link that describes layering basics very well.
REI Layering Info
IMO, a waterproof and breathable outlayer made of Gore-Tex or other material is worth its weight in gold.

Same here, I hunt cold, I mean really cold (-5 to +35 is common). Layering is the way to go. I like to add a layer of down somewhere in the mix also - great stuff.
