King of the Mountain Wool Camo
Does anyone own any of the King of the Mountain wool camo? I'm thinking about buying a pair of the Bunwarmer pants and am curious what others that have worn them think Are they worth the big $$$? How does the King of the Mountain camo compare to Sleeping Indian Designs camo?

I looked into this a year or so ago. As I recall King of the Mountain Wool is single ply yarn. I looked at Sleeping indian designs and the others as well.
I ended up getting the Filson camo wool and never regretted it. Its a little stiff at first but wears in nicely- warm when wet, quiet and they've been around for many many years.

I must say that the King of the Mountain wool is warm and quality stuff. A bit pricey though. I bought some raven wear and it is the best for the money I have found. The anti - freeze system works really great!!!! Check out raven wear on there website.

Another brand that is recommended is the Weatherby weatherproof wool series. The 2004 production is made of a thicker wool fiber that appears to be quite a bit stiffer than that of the 2003 production line. Personally, I was able to locate some leftover 2003 line that was considerably cheaper than that newer stuff. For example, Parka $229 (Cabela's) - I got mine for $129 (Reed's) on closeout...
Hope that this helps,
