Danner are an excellent boot, I have owned danner before and found them to give great service. I recently tried on some pronghorns, found them very comfortable and light on the feet. If I was in need of replacing my insulated boots the 1000 gr Pronghorn would be one of my top choices.

I bought a set last summer and have used them in the Mts of Colorado and pheasant hunting in Montana. So far they have been perfect. I have two other pair of danners that I love as well. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Very light boot, has good support, gore-tex, I have had mine for two seasons and if they ever wear out I'll buy another pair.

I've worn Danner boots at work (not Pronghorns) for over 10 years. They are a well-made and very comfortable boot requiring little if any break-in. I wasn't aware of the Pronghorn model and just may have to get me a pair.

Seems everyone likes em. Bought a pair of Wolverine Antelopes last year and I'm having to send em back due to leakage. Don't let this be you. I got a gift cert for my b-day for Cabelas and I may put it towards a pair of Pronghorns. Two of my buddies bought some last year for Montana and they loved em still when we met in Montana again last week.
