Their number is ( 207 ) - 439-2700 . . Call them and see what they have in stock . Or you can always order one from them of the brand you are looking for . The left Handed part is going to be the hardest thing to find in stock

I have been to the KTP, they did have Tikkas in both calibers, but recently only in 6,5 CM with a 24" barrel.

Did you look at the Ruger American or Savage Arms . A few people I know have both . They are both very accurate right out of the box . Good luck in your search .

My savage Axis .270 is a tack driver.

The savage Storm and the Tikka T3X Lite. I like the Tikka ,but not the long action rifle for a short action round

Well, I found a very nice used Tikka T3X Lite in .270, at the KTP. I had it at the range and am really loving it.

For your criteria, the Tikka T3x Lite Stainless is an excellent option. It's available in left-handed models in both 6.5 Creedmoor and .270 Win, has a 22.4-inch barrel, and falls right in your budget. The action is famously smooth and they are known for great out-of-the-box accuracy.

Another good choice to look for is the Browning X-Bolt Hunter Stainless. It also comes in left-handed versions and should be close to your price range.

You might also check the used market for a older Remington 700 Stainless, which can often be found at a good price. Good luck with your search.
