That's kind of a loaded question. For general purposes (skinning out a buck or tom for instance), I like the Outdoor Edge knife with its' 3.5" blades. If I were doing detail work, I might prefer the Havalon Piranha knife. It's harder to change its' blades out but is a smaller blade for more precise work. Again, these are what has worked for me. You would have to experiment some to see if they work for you or if you're still looking for a knife. Also, not everybody is into replaceable blade knives. If you know how to sharpen a knife in the field, a good blade and small sharpener may work better for you. YMMV as always.

I enjoy the 3.5 blades on the Outdoor Edge knife. The Havalon Piranha knife could be my preference if I were undertaking detailed work. A good blade and compact sharpener can work better for you if you know how to sharpen a knife in the field.
