I am looking to create a rifle stock that caters to the avid outdoorsmen and women, and I am looking for suggestions. (weight, simple, tactical, material (wood or composite)) I'm open to any suggestions anyone has. Thank you!

That's a question that has a vast amount of answers. A stock has to meet an assortment of needs and appearance to each individual. There is no "one stock for everything" just as there is really no cartridge suited for all hunting. Some, like myself, love good old fashioned wood stocks on a blued rifle. While others like synthetic with stainless. Then you have the laminated wood crowd which I kind of like also.

Interesting post. Here's a question for you that will make it really easy. Are you:

1) just looking for some kind of product to sell
2) actually passionate about firearms and/or hunting

If number 1, move on. Find something that falls into category number 2.

If it's number 2, then make the stock that YOU would be excited about. You can't please everybody in the world. The most satisfying and profitable possibility is to focus on pleasing the people that are excited about the things that you are excited about. If you make a stock that you would be excited about, it will be the best stock for the people that are like you.
