Academy Sports + Outdoors (and sometimes Dick's Sporting Goods) if you have one nearby, has a gun rack where their scopes are mounted onto "stocks."
You can just walk up and look through them to your heart's content. I personally was hugely impressed with the Leupold VX1-4x12. But I agree fully with rockport; compare the Leupold VX1 to the Vortex Diamondback series, not the Crossfire series. |
Wow -- excellent scope!!!
very fine product. Arguably the best optics available. Granted it's not the top end model but it was within my 1k budget. Very pleased. Can't wait to test drive it. |
