This season I am needing some type of waterproof gun cover. Do y'all have any recommendations?

Hi, Do you mean a gun case, or a scope cover. More info.

I'm looking for something I can keep on my gun while sitting or stalking so the rain won't ruin it and cause the parts to rust.

Default Gun cover

No , the op wants something like those rifle or shotgun sleaves you wrap around the gun and secures with velcro. 1st is your stock syntetic or wood. rifle blued or SST. 2nd i wouldn't use one , gets in the way. when it rains that bad to soak the rifle, I strip it down, clean re-oil everything after the hunt. Before I hunt and think I'll be in bad weather. I wax my wood stock's , just rub down my syntec stks, But I use oil ,I like slick 50 on the metal parts.I have rifles and shotguns that are 50 -40 yrs and newer, and have no rust on them.and that's hunting with them for weeks at a time being never indoors, just a light cleaning at night. If you have to have one , Cabella's, bass pro, has them.

IMHO a properly cared for gun does not need a cover.
I hunt sea ducks and the gun gets soaked in saltwater. Clean after every hunt and have no rust after 5 years, you should be doing the same
