i am buying a mossberg maverick model 88 12 gauge what are the pros and cons of this gun and there any suggestions on modifications for this gun?

Like i said in rl its a great gun to start out. i think alot will recomend a 870 however for a season or two (maybe more) if upkept you will enjoy the **** out of any new shotgun. the conns are its an inexpensive economical shotgun however the pros are there are a ton of mods to do to this gun. kits can be found virtually anywhere especialy tactical kits. midway will be your new best friend (aside from me lol) for mods and upgrades on this gun.

Cant wait to get ya out shootin with it.
