Trailer hitch mounted game hanger
Has anyone used the game hangers that couple into the trailer hitch of a truck, for example the DeeZee Hitch Mounted Deer Hanger? How well do they work? They look like they would work really well. Do they have some sort of hoisting mechanism -- a winch or something like that?
I'm thinking about going pronghorn antelope hunting in a few years, and something like this would be useful when out on the open plains to skin and cut-up the pronghorn.

I'm looking at these too, but I haven't seen any reviews on them. I did notice the models I looked at had some kind of hand crank to get the deer hoisted.
I like the portability of it and probably will purchase one.
