Chucks,Coyotes and Deer....better go with a .243 or the 22-250 so there's something left to distinguish in Your photo's?

X2! The .243 is a great large varmint caliber and will kill any whitetail as dead as they get!

Supposedly Weatherby addressed the trigger-creep problem with the Vanguard 2. For chucks & yotes I'd consider stepping down from the .270. If you don't want to go to the .243 -- maybe .260 or 7mm-08? Probably more enjoyable to shoot (but maybe a tad more expensive too) and plenty for deer.
