How are these cams on batteries? A buddy of mine just got one also, he said it worked good for a couple weeks (until the bears ate it [:@])

Does anyone use rechargeable batteries in theirs? I' m gonna try it next week when I go to change them. They cost $20 for 8 of them but I' m sure I will save money in the long run.

I bought one and will probably take it back. I put it out and the 12 pictures it took there was nothing in the pictures. Seems like alot of wasted film. The only picture I got on film was me walking up to take it down. I had it near a mineral lick and had wiped out all the tracks and when I went to look there were new tracks in the lick but nothing on film.

Is there ANYONE out there that uses rechargeable batteries in their stealth cam? I read that you' re only supposed to use alkaline batteries and I was wondering if anyone had tried rechargables or what the deal with ONLY alkaline batteries is?
