The Howard Leight earphones that Cabelas sells for about $60 are a really good buy. The batteries are easy to install and replace, and the noise reduction is good. They don't amplify normal sound as much as the Walker phones (three times the price) but they do amplify enough to clearly hear range commands and normal conversation.
