This is better than a headlamp.
Who wants another piece of equipment to keep up with? Not me! I have had a headlamp in the past to get through to my duck hunting swamp and my deer stands. And the kind you strap onto your head suck.
I got the one that is built into my cap and it is awsome!!! I got mine from Dicks Sporting Goods but the Hat is called Panther Vision:

I love it. Just throw my cap on and I have my light.

My girlfriends father bought me a princeton tec headlamp this year. I love the thing it lights up the dark like its day time. I'm not sure though what model it is. But I do recomend Princeton Tec!

I have a Princton Tec Apex and it is an incredable headlamp. It has a center 3watt regulated LED with a heat sink that will put many high dollar flashlights to shame and it has a high (160 lumens)and a low setting. On the side of this are four ultra bright LED's for when the3watt is too much. There are three settings for these also, high, low, and beacon flash. With the four LED's on the high setting it is very bright and wide angle, much brighter then the Black Diamond also I have and still use as backup. On low it is great for reading etc at camp. It was the purchase in 2008 I would not trade. You can get colored filters, but they do not come with it. I just can't say enough about the headlamp.

Well, I finally found a headlamp for use hunting. It looks like a good general use headlamp. It is marketed as a Remington by Rayovac. See this review.
