My Leica is much nicer than the Bushnell I used to have. The display is visible in darkness, it is lighter, and it is very accurate.

Definately think the Leica is worth the money. Started off with a Bushnell Legend, and finally traded around to the Leica 1200. No comparison between these two in ranging capabilities, and ranging accuracy. But the Leica costs twice as much. What you get in optics seems to pretty much correlate to how much you want to spend. This might vary a little, but in my experience, not much.

I have the Leupold RXII and have been really happy with hit. I just picked it up a few weeks ago but have used it quite a bit at the range so far. I have compared it with others at the range and they are all coming up with the same distance. I am really looking forward to ranging deer with it soon.

I have a Nikon 400 great unit for around $200. No problem ranging stuff out to 400 yards plus - which is plenty for me. Used it for 3 years now...

I started off with a Bushnell - it didn't work worth a darn....
