Default ATV-New tires and wheels

Been looking at the new (26") ITP Mudlight XTR's mounted on SS108 (black) wheels. Anybody use these or similar? Any comments? My situation is a little mixed. One spot we hunt can be pretty wet and muddy, whereas the other is rocky, rough trails and creekbeds. I need a good combination type tire that is tough. I like Maxxis Bighorns, but they may not be quite aggressive enough in the muddy spots. HELP!

I have similar variations in territory and find the gbc gators and goodyear mudrunners good choices.

I have 25inch mudlites on my praire 700 they are great in the mud but I think they might be a bit soft for running on rough terrain such as rocks and creek beds

I have 26" Mudlite XL's they have performed very well but as mentioned they are softer then other mud tires and I would think they'd be less durable in rocky terrain. I'd look at the GBC gators (stubblejumper suggests) or Maxxis mud bugs. I would think the paddle type tires may perfrom better for you.

Thanks everybody for the suggestions. The Gators look good, but I'll check some others too. I'll figure it out soon.

I bought new tires for my four wheeler last year. The Titan 589 MT tires are real good. I hunt in aarea with just about everthing, mud, gumbo mud, anhills. I huntin a river bottoms. I would get them again. I checked alot of sites the best price was at cableas.

Put a set of Maxxis Mud Bugs on and you will have no worries after that.

Im running ITP 589s and they do great in the mud, and wear like iron. They do fine in rocky terrain, and excell in mud.

My dad and me got 420 ranchers at the same time . I put 26" swamper vampires on mine and he got 26" Itp mudlites on his and so far we can't tell a difference between the 2 . They sure chew the trails up though .
