leupold price?

I want to buy a vxlll 4.5 x 14 matt 50mm with the boone&crocket hairs my local shop wants $599 any body know a better price out there? Thanks

If that's for a 50mm, you probably aren't going to beat it.

DB, the 50mm is $679. 40mm is $579.

Dayna,

That is the going price for those scopes...it is hard to find that scope at a lower price because of the reticle. The reticle makes it somewhat of a specialty item. Therefore no one dealer sells enough of them to justify steeply discounting that model.

However, if a standard reticle was exceptable you can easily beat that price. In fact the scope w/standard reticle routinely sells for 500-525$ on ebay brand new.

Try D&R sports www.dnrsports.net they are hard to beat on Leupold scopes if you want to save more get some people together and but 3 or more you save alot I hope this helps chad

I see it now. They didnt list 40 or 50mm on it I figured for the price it was the 50mm. I think their prices are really good so if you found it for 599 thats prob hard to beat.

This one is 829.99 at cabelas. 4.5-14x50 B&C reticle. I know it's more than your looking for but what do you think of the new style? You can now use the low rings with a 50 mm objective.

Thanks guys ,for the money I'll keep it in my own town. That new style look cool but I would miss the nice carry handle the old 50mm gives me with the clearnce.
