the summit stand that folds down. Can someone tell me how this works and is still safe to use.

I've got a Summit Bullet Backpacker, I've had mine for three years& love the stand, very comfortable, safe, light, quite & easy to set up. I'd sit in it at the house if I had something to strap it too. The only thing I've noticed is that with the Summit gun rack on it I can not fold the top part flat, but I might have the gun rack on wrong or something?? You can not go wrong with a Summit Stand.
