When I go to check my cuddeback i always walk in front of it to get a pic of myself. Lately it hasn't taken a pic of me when I walk by, and it says "CamError". Does anyone know whats wrong with it or how to fix it?

First of all take the batteries out for a few seconds and re-install them.
Are you using a compact flash card or just storing your photos on the camera's memory, if so you may have the available memory full. What does it tell you when you check to see the number of pictures and or events on the camera. Make sure you have it set to "live action " mode.

I'll try taking the batteries next time. I am using a compact flash card. When It is in live mode. When i check it i press the "m" button, and it goes through my name and "Do Not Remove Card". Then I take it out. AM I doing anything wrong?

Sounds like you are doing things about like you are supposed to. Every once in awhile mine will stay on "do not remove card" for a minute or 2 after taking a picture, but it has never said "camera error" that I know of. I hope you get things worked out with it.
What size of CF card are you using and how many pictures are stored on it?

I had the battery cage blow out on mine. Anyone else have this problem? The cuddeback is a good camera, but definately has some quirks. I want to smash it against a rock when it cycles through its digital BS when it's first fired up and when changing options.

Stay away from the Camtrakker Ranger, Not only is the quaility poor but the severice sucks. I returned mine and they charged me 75.00 + the shipping both ways.
I was told before that the charge would be 25.00
Over priced and Poor Quality
