Started Chocolate Lab - MN

3 months training last summer by a pro
Friendly and excitable with people. Barks at the doorbell, trained to go to place board when people arrive (still a work in progress). Is great with the neighbors dog and our retired lab, but not so great with other dogs.
I hunt with a group with multiple dogs and participate in many multi-dog activities with my retriever club. This is not the dog for me. Great dog for one-dog hunter or group.

- force fetch
- marks, water work
- handling - stops on whistle, takes hand signals, working on extending distance of force/blind retrieves
