    Default Prepping for a hog hunt
    Getting stuff together to head to Florida next weekend for some piggies. Four of us going.

    Shot my .30-40 krag and my Savage 99 in .375win.

    The Savage shot really well. The krag never has for me but it did what I expect out of it. It's kind of a 6" at 50 yards type for me...

    I think I'll probably take the Savage.

    The target picture was three shots at 75 yards. I pulled the low one I think.. surprisingly that rifle is able to make them touch at 100.

    Take the 99! It is almost an 88.

    Back at ya, when I find a 99 in a caliber I want at a good price I will buy one.
