Congrats on the hogs. Sounds like you had a great time and little of a scare too. Glad you made it home safe !

Great job, story and memories. Hope to be doing some hog hunting in Florida in the next few weeks...wish me luck (still looking for a swap or inexpensive alternative). Would love to know where you went in S Carolina for a possible future hunt. Was at the Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg yesterday, got the juices flowing.

Good luck, FL has some good hogs hunting and you don't need a license on private property.

Not sure what you mean by "clean hogs", the two hanging were washed off as they always are before skinning and gutting and the only filthy hogs I have gotten, got that way by falling down in a wallow after I shot them and by being drug to the ATV.

Good shootin and sounds like a great time for 'cept the porkers!!! And that little one, don't fret it sir, they all look the same in pan!!! Been shootn hogs all over the South and have had many experiences with them. They never are dead till they are in the meatlocker skinned out!!!! If they look dead, put one between the lookers or thru the ears and they will be!!!! Rounds are cheaper than surgery!!!!
