Default Few Fl Hogs

Just thought I'd share a couple of pics.

That brown one was 430 pounds. Hunted him for a month as he was only coming in at night. He literally broke the scales. You can see them in the background with the needle hanging toward the bottom. Biggest hog I had ever seen.

These were taken in the last year. We love to pig hunt!

That is because the hogs eat the deer before they grow up.

After dragging deer out of some of the nasty places we hunt, I'm glad our deer don't get very big. Lol.

You have to "drag" those little things? Lawdy I'd just hookum on to my belt with a Quail hook !!! Man I remember my first Big Ole northern whitetail after deer hunting in Tennessee growing up (deer there aint a whole lot biggern yours in FL) and MAN I was swearing up and down to my dad that I had accidentally shot a moose! The thing field dressed at 230 or so! Sheesh that thing could have eaten the bucks I was used to seeing!

Nice animals, are hogs of that size edible (keep hearing mixed reviews) or is the hunting to reduce the numbers?
