Default Double Boards with Thermal

This was an interesting hunt. The landowner often has checked cams for me to help me with my hunt. It had not happened this time so I checked cams on the way to the stand. Coming to the camera in the field I planned to watch, there was a hog under the feeder! That made for an early start.

I spent the next three hours watching deer graze in the food plot and so I decided to head back. On the way back, I spotted a hog way across a ravine at one of the feeders (and camera) I did not check. I worked my way over to as close as I could get on my side of the ravine and set up on him.

Both hogs went down in place with one shot. Got one coming in and one coming out - a good hunt.

What kind of nails did you use to kill those wild boards?

Dadummit! Well, I was using a nail gun and anchoring the boards to the ground.

Well, I really planked the title of this thread. Sheesh.

Congrats on the boars nonetheless (I even typed out boards at first, too, haha)! Talk about luck!
