Default hog bedding?

Is there a thread somewhere that will tell me all I could need to know about hogs. What I am really searching for is if hogs go to the same bedding areas. I bumped a huge hog out of a little nest and was wondering if it will return to the same spot eventually. It was the first hog I have ever seen and I want it

if that was a boar hog he might come back with time maybe not to the same bed but close by the reason he laid down there is because he felt it was a safe place and thats what a hog always needs if it wants to get some rest but im not for sure that boars make nest it could have been a piggy momma thats most of the cases i find were i hunt but that nest spot will get u a hog if u wait it out long enough it just might not be the same one

If he does come back he won't stay there for very long. Hogs are nomadic. Think about it, if someone came and bumped you out of your safe spot, would you come back?

Thanks guys, I went back by the spot today and peeked over the ledge and I'll be damned there it was. Only issue is that I don't believe it was the same hog. I was only 15 yards away and used bino's to get a good look, it even stood up and re-situated itself so I did get a good look. I had been hunting all day and was wore out and didn't have any help to drag it out so I decided to leave it be and go back with a buddy that has never shot anything. Won't he be happy On the walk back to the truck I stopped to chill on another ridge about 1/8th mile away from that spot and before I could get my water bottle out, the woods came alive!! About 60 yards away a whole pack of hogs took off up the opposite ridge. I was amazed cause this is now the second time I've seen hogs...I can't wait! What's a sure fire way to bait these dudes?
On a another note, Johnny are you the man with hogs in OK, and do you got any new years special rates?

guaranteed hog bait...takes some time though..5 gallon bucket with lid..fill with corn..4 packs any berry kool aid...fill about 1/2 full of malt liqueur..let it sit till you open it and gag..needs to be shaken up and turned once a week...after the 1st time you gag, wait another week..usually stinks faster in the summer..the heat?

today...go get some hog wild from the store...go scouting and find where they are rootin at ..i e lots of tilled dirt and holes in the ground..30 hogs ..shouldn't be hard to find...sprinkle hog wild all in it..make a blind at this time..some thin off the ground and down wind...they prolly smelled ya thats why ya seen em running across the way..they are blind as a bat but can smell better than other animals..imo...to make up for eye sight. if your usin a bow, dont try anywhere in the front of em, they basically have armor plating in the chest area..head shots with a 223 /22-250 are the best.

Thanks 420... I talked with my uncle and he suggested a 2 liter bottle with corn, sugar, water, and yeast...put a small hole in the top of the cap so it can burp while it ferments. He said it is better to leave it in the sun so its faster and then hang it in a tree, poke a hole around the bottom and watch'em come runnin. I'll try about anything once so we'll see
