Default friday arvo boar

On friday i come home from school and dad said do i wanna go hunting so i said yes, we packed the 30/06AI, .270 because we were chasing fallow or red deer. There was another bloke that was a friend of dad and he was using a .338 winny mag. it was really windy so we thought we would park the car on top of a hill.we pulled up and seen a mob of goats but let them go since we were looking for deer.me and mi dad went down to a spot where we think deer bed on the side of a old dirt road. No luck so we went down the road then turned to go back around the track when dads mate let drive at something so we went to find him and see what he shot. he yelled to us he loved the gun. anyway it turned out to be decent boar. here is the pics of the .338 winny mag with the pig.

they are great to hunt. I have heard that the best place to hunt them is in northern queensland or northern territory since the pigs are huge.

Good job, enjoy the time with your dad. Time is short.

Yep there are some big hogs in Northern Queensland my mate has hunted up there before. It must be that nice warm climate. Ha ha
