Default To Shoot or not to shoot

My buddies and I have around six pigs at the river. 1 sow(100 pounds), 1 boar (150 pounds), and the rest approx 20 pound piggies. Do we keep feeding them and let them all raise up to be big? or do we shoot em all and risk not having pigs for a while?

If you want more pigs, wait. Let them get a good breeding population. If you're trying to get rid of them, kill them all.

We threw some soured corn out. I think we are going to just keep feeding them. You think they will stick around? Quad riders tresspass all the time do you think that will scare them off?

I'd shoot them. There's plenty more where they came from. Those are definitley not the only hogs around your property.

I don't like to shoot the 20 pounders just for the hell of it..........To small for the pit............The 100 & 150 is a good pit size........but to each his own!!!

you arent going to get rid of them all together no matter what they breed faster than rabbits but if i were you i would try to get a grip on them as soon as possible believe me you dont want to be over run with them quads will not scare them off the only way they will leave is lack of food but they will return as soon as the food shows back up my 2 cents

Kill every last one!!!!!!!!!!!! you will probably still have some around, i seriously doubt there are only 6 around. If you don't next year you will have 30 then 1000, then 1,000 you get my drift.
