Okee, you can cut around the Hocks, around the Neck, slit on the inside of the Legs towards the body and a cut a slit from under the Neck all the way to the Tail and pull it off.....You can do it with an ATV, Car, Truck or a Come-A-Long....When you tie it to the skin, use a ball or rock...

I hang mine by the head and cut around the head just below the ears (unless ya wanta save the head).then I split the hide down the belley,down the back,sometimes down both sides.then do as Rebel says and it pulls off like a T shirt.leaves the fat on the animal.makes really good mix of meat+fat for sasuage.
I do my deer the same way, it all comes of in one section with no hair or dirt or anything gets on the meat.
sounds hard,but after ya do it one time,then it takes about 1/3 the time and less mess.
Just The Way I Do It.
