Best tasting Exotic (Doe/Cow)

What would you consider, regardless of cost, the best tasting exotic? I see alot of "meat" hunting packagesand I certainly would like to take advantage of them when I can..

Axis wins in my book with fallow right behind it....The Sika I have eaten was an older male and I wound up making sausage out of it. We don't have red deer or rusa on our lease, so I have never had it....
