does the flash from trail cameras spook hogs? I now if you spook them it takes them a while to come back.

Trail camera flashes have had absolutely no effect on the hogs, as a matter of fact, I think they enjoy having their pictures made.

As far as spooking them and not coming back, I have never seen that either. I have shot one and had the rest come right back and was able to kill another one. Now they usually won't come back after their second buddy hits the ground so make the first shots count.

Hey, you can go to Post Office St. in Galveston,TX and flash all you want at the Hogs and they keep coming!

I agree with the previous posters. If there is food to be had I don't think the hogs would careif you had a disco light running.

Hogs tend to be more greedy to feed than they are scared.

I've shot hogs with a bow, and they scatter only to come backto get shot some more. I guess that why they are called pigs. [X(]

Now that doesn't mean they are easy to hunt. If they wind you, forget it, they're gone. If they sense you might be there, they will be skittish and likely to take offon a whisper. So you still have to be on your best behavior.
