I'm not aware of any wild hogs in PA. They mainly live in the south. I'm not sure why they couldn't live in PA, but I guess it's like asking why aren't there Mule Deer in PA or why aren't there Moose in Florida...

Hey guys, New to the site. I get Pa outdoor newspaper, (best publication in Pa) and I was just reading that the game commission believes the hog problem in central and western Pa. is growing and that its very possible that they are breeding!!! They dont have any intension to invent a season right now. This means they are open game. You just have to do a little leg work.

I understand there are free range hogs around Tioga. Not sure where they are wallowing but thats what a local told me. Not surprized.. Lots of fenced in game ranches.
