Whats worse is I read a copy of the ad that Lost Creek put out, saying that they had trapped a 1,000lb+ hog and now had it on their property. The hunt was litterally sold just like a hog is sold at market....by the pound. Hunt went for $1,500! For a pig! There's guys on here selling three day weekend, two hog archery hunts for $200! Crazy...

I spent a several years in England back in '81 - '83. Went to the county "shows" and couldn't believe the size of the boars they displayed. They had a lot that were the size of the "monster hog" or larger. If you saw a herd of those things in the field they looked like short legged cows from a distance. Don't know what varieties they were, but they were sure much larger than what the US farmers usually raise. The sausage was fatter too.
