I am going to go hog hunting in 2 weeks. I am going on a property that has hogs on it, on and off. My buddy said they will see them for a couple of weeks, then they will be gone and won't see them for a while, then they show back up again. I was wondering what my best method of attack would be. Should I try and set up some attractants, or get a hog call or what? Let me know what you think. Thanks for the help.

Alright thanks for the help. Any tips on how to bait it. I see you said soured corn, what is soured corn exactly. Like I said I am very new to this and we aren't allowed to bait deer and no body really hog hunts around here that I know of.

Here's one recipe.....

Some just put water and corn in a can....it will sour in a week in warm weather. Some add beer, yeast jello, Red soda pop.....they like stink and sweet. Good luck on your hunt. Ray
