Anybody hunted alligators with an outfitter in Florida? I've heard that H&H Gator hunts have a good reputation. Any others??

Thanx! I work for Jim Shockey and he had a great time with them this spring. I was just wondering if there were more good ones out there. We are considering a gator hunt as a kinda grad gift for our boys either next spring or the following. Something entirely different than anything we do up here.

Tanya, when Floridian hunters hear about other Floridian hunters doing it right, they must be good!

Which ever guide you pick, make sure they have the equipment to do the task at hand as they do.

Gators have no mercy and the hunt has to be organized, guided by experience and well equipt for the task at hand.

Seems like these guys are all of the above!
