the people I wrestle hogs with cut their balls off and they say they grow 100 lbs in a year if you do that. and have a very good chance of getting to 400 before they die. they know this because they tagged a few they cought. I wont do it though, i always said if im cutting him im killing him. Id rather be kille dthan have no balls. but just thought id share that.

Are they any good to eat when they are that big or to tough???Never ate wild hog and curious whats the best size would be to harvest and eat??

no we eat the smaller ones. we release the big ones to catch again. i think its okay to eat anything under 150lbs
