I killed this russian boar yesterday morning with my bow. He goes 632.5WWT. My guide was telling me how hes gonna be the 2nd highest scoring hog in the Weiser weight/tusk scoring system. I dont know ANY thing about scoring boars. An official scorer from hoghunter magazine is coming down to score him today officially. Can you guys fill me in on the significance of this hog in the books?

that hog sure does look familiar, if you remember the little cur gyp that got cut in the neck you'll know who i am. it will score second in the books.and you did a really good job of gettin him killed

Ya, I know that black and tan was on on 3 of our hogs and did a hell of a job. I was the second guy to kill that morning. Im Jake Stanton, Jim's son. Thanks for the info.

yea i was standin behind the desk eatin some chicken. yea she'll be fine we stapled her up while you guys were taken pics and got some anitbiotic on it and gave her a shot of pen when i got her home, it's not showing any signs of infection she'll be back in action in between 7 and 10 days. thanks for the compliment on the dogs. glad they performed to for ya and got that big ol boar to hold still for ya. if ya don't mind email me some pics if you got some good ones and i'll get them put on my site i didn't take a camera with me like i usually do
