Default Remington 760 Stock?

Can anyone identify this stock? It recently sold on eBay (item 380830809076). Is it a factory stock and if not who made it? Is it still available? Thanks.

Gonna guess and say it's a factory made stock for one of the very early 760's with the ribbed forends.

It certainly does not look like the stock on my 760.

It looks nothing like mine, (a five diamond gun from 1962). most any i have ever seen that where early models have steel butt plates. If that is a 760 stock its custom as you will never see one with a pad on it like that They were just not necessary. good luck
