Default Mark V trigger screw

I recently acquired a Weatherby Mark V Deluxe. I took it apart and cleaned it, and noticed it is missing the trigger adjustment screw (the one that the owner's manual shows adjusts the trigger pull weight). It seems to pull consistently at about 3.5 pounds, but I was wondering if it's a safety issue or will cause me problems if I don't get it looked at. Any help appreciated.
