Maryland 'Smith?

Are there any 'smiths in central or western maryland that have ever welded bolt handles on rem 700/model 7?

Try RA Browns in Westminster. I use em. Does good work. BS's alot but affordable. I can't say I ever got him to weld on like that for me, but he says he can.
