Mosin Nagants are the absolute toughest bolt action rifles in the world. 1917 and P14 enfields are way overbuilt and are tough. 1903 and 03A3 Springfields I've never considered rugged. They both have relatively delicate sights and firing pins. |

WOW. i read it..still don't know if I believe it actualy happened! But it at least adds credence to our feeling about the Arisaka taking more punishment than others. The howa actions are very rugged.Weatherby uses them for their vanguards.
