RE: any ebuffalo bore ammo
I have used Buffalo Bore extensively. They load a 420 grain hard cast bullet in .475 Linebaugh with a wide flat nose that is ideal for large game. When I get the opportunity to fish Alaska, these would be the loads I would take in my Freedom Arms revolver for bear insurance. They also load a 180 grain soft nose in 10 mm that is constructed to penetrate deeply in game such as deer or boar. Velocity is 1350 ft/sec with ME of 728 ft. lbs. That compares pretty close to .41 magnum performance and makes my Glock 20 a decent short range hunting gun. Best of all, you can call them on the phone and ask any question about loads, recommendations, etc. Their ammo is not cheap, but if you are looking for maximum performance from your handgun or large bore rifle, these guys can get you there.
Good luck,
Doug
