wondering if they sell fiber optic sights for a marlin 1895M? just looking for the front sight. i bought aftermarket one for my rem 1100 and they are real small. so small that it really dosn't make that much a differance.

Quilly, I have them on my 444P that I bought used and I don't like them...They are way too fragile and if using a Hood have to have it modified to let light in to light them up. When I have a chance I am installing the Ashley Peep sight system on it.

i had a ashley peep sight on my 336SS it was nice but a pain to get the right front post size for it.

Ashley makes a front sight that goes along with the rear peep and usually sells for 80-95 dollars. it is made especially for the 1895 frame.

Quilly, I have Fiber Optics on two muzzleloaders.They do work well as long as you don't break them. Like oldelkhunter said they are to fragile.One little bump or snag on brush and they will break the fiber part out.I would look at other options before buying more Fiber Optics. Ruger Redhawk
