If you got a call tomorrow from a outfitter, saying you've won a full blown all expense paid hunt, but you need to leave tomorrow, what gun (that you currently own) would you grab, and what load?

Let's assume the hunt is for deer (whitetail, muleys, blacktail, etc., that should cover common game for most of the members), and is in your local region.

I'll go first. Please don't leave me hanging as the only poor SOB to respond to his own post.

Remington 721 in 30-06
Handloaded 150gr Nosler Ballistic Tips over 59.0gr of 4350

Deer hate that combo.

I'd have to go with my 6.5x55 Swedish with 140grain bullets.

No way am I settlin' for a local hunt when I can go back into the shinin' mountains in pursuit of a big mulie buck. I'm takin my .260s. The Savage for the basins, and the Arisaka for the black timber. I'll be usin' my handloads with 129 grain Hornadys. The long range rifle likes them best and the other shoots 'em well enough.
